Where is it located? : Top of the head

Sanskrit name: Sahasrara

What it does: It is the chakra that controls knowledge and the right to aspire. It is your connection and trust to the universe and the "divine consciousness". This chakra is used to connect with "god" or any concept of the higher intelligence. It is also used to learn about your own spirituality. This is the chakra to integrate your consciousness with your subconsciousness into the "super-consciousness".

Problems encountered when it is inbalanced: Mental illnesses, Headaches, Photosensivity, Brain disorders and coordination problems, Epilepsy, Blood vessel problems, Skin rashes, etc.

How to stimulate your crown chakra: Eating & drinking violet foods or drink. Wearing violet clothes or gemstones. Writing down your visions, inventions and ideas. Focusing on dreams. Using violet oils like lavender and jasmine.
